Terms of use

October 2, 2026

These terms apply when you play Bumper Fighters at bumperfighters.com. By playing, you agree to them and to the Rules. We wrote them in plain language; if something is unclear, email bumperfighters@gmail.com.

The game #

Bumper Fighters is a browser game provided as is. We work to keep it online and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or the same as today. We may change, rebalance, pause or end any feature, mode, market or the game itself.

Your account #

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure: what happens on your game account is your responsibility. One account is for one person; see the Rules.

Gems, heroes and other virtual items #

Gems, gold, resources, heroes, weapons, chests, VIP and every other virtual item are part of the game. You get a license to use them in the game; you do not own them. We do not buy items back or pay money for them, and gems can't be cashed out. The only way to get money for a hero or weapon is to sell it to another player through the Market.

Chest results are random, with the odds shown in the game. Prices, odds, rewards and balance can change.

Purchases #

In the Gem store you can buy gem packs and VIP with Pix (in Brazil) or USDC on Base (anywhere). The price is shown before you pay. There is no game wallet and no game balance: each payment buys a specific pack or plan.

Pix payments are processed by Woovi. Gems or VIP are added when Woovi confirms the payment. USDC payments must come from your linked wallet, for the exact order total, to the store address. Gems and gameplay VIP benefits usually start once Base confirms the payment. Credited gems can be spent in gameplay and the gem Market. Gifts, bonus chests and transfers of items from chests opened with those gems wait until the payment is final on Base.

A USDC payment that doesn't match an order (another amount, another wallet, or after the order expired) isn't added automatically; email us the transaction ID and support reviews it.

All purchases are final. There are no refunds of any kind for completed purchases, including for unused gems, unused VIP days, chest results, items sold or bought between players, or accounts closed for breaking the Rules.

Selling and buying between players #

Players can sell Epic, Legendary and Mythic heroes and weapons to each other for Pix or USDC on Base. Common and Rare items trade only for gems. We run the Market and deliver items; the money goes from the buyer to the seller through the payment rails below, never through a game balance.

A listed item is locked: you cannot use, equip or enhance it until it sells or you cancel. Listings do not expire. You cannot cancel while a buyer has the item reserved. A buyer holds one reservation at a time, on either rail. Favorited, locked, equipped and in-team items cannot be listed.

We do not set prices, do not promise that anything will sell, and do not guarantee any value. Prices and fees are shown before you confirm.

Pix sales (Brazil) #

Pix sales are available only to players in Brazil, buyers and sellers. Payments are processed by Woovi. Woovi's own fees are paid by us, not by buyers or sellers.

Prices go from R$15.00 to R$800.00. The seller pays a 10% fee (8% with VIP), rounded down to the cent with a minimum of R$1.50, and receives the rest. The fee is fixed into the listing when it is created: the VIP rate applies if you have VIP at that moment. Example: an item sold for R$50.00 has a R$5.00 fee (R$4.00 with VIP), and a seller without VIP receives R$45.00.

Buying with Pix reserves the item for 30 minutes and shows a Pix code. Nothing is charged until you pay the code. When Woovi confirms the payment, the item moves to the buyer. If a Pix payment arrives after the reservation ended, the sale still completes if the item is still listed. If it is no longer available, support returns the payment; that is not a refund of a completed sale.

To sell for Pix, you register a Pix key in your own name, with your full name and CPF (Brazilian tax ID). We check the key with the Pix registry through Woovi, and the name and CPF must match its owner. Your share of each sale is sent only to that key, right after the payment is confirmed. If the key cannot receive the transfer, the money stays with the payment provider until you update your key, and support sends it then.

USDC sales on Base #

USDC sales use your own wallet on the Base network and the game's market contracts. Prices go from 0.40 USDC to 1,000.00 USDC per order. The seller pays the same 10% fee (8% with VIP), fixed into the listing when it is created, and receives the rest. If the listing also takes Pix, the USDC price starts at 3.00 USDC and the minimum fee is 0.30 USDC. Example: an item sold for 10.00 USDC has a 1.00 USDC fee and a seller without VIP receives 9.00 USDC. Before buyers can pay for a listing, the seller signs the sale terms in Your activity; each signature lasts 24 hours.

The buyer pays the price into the market contract from their linked wallet. When the game delivers the item, the contract pays the seller and the fee. The buyer pays the network fee (gas), in ETH on Base, for their own wallet transactions; the game pays the gas to settle the sale. Unpaid USDC orders are limited per account and per network in any 24 hours.

Buyers can also make an offer: the offer locks USDC in an offer contract for 15 minutes, and a seller with a matching item can sell into it. While the offer is open, the buyer can cancel it, and after it expires the buyer can close it; either way the USDC goes back to the buyer's wallet. If a sale starts but doesn't finish, the return opens 1 hour after the offer ends. Sellers can also answer with a counteroffer; publishing or canceling a counteroffer costs gas in ETH on Base. Offers carry a 10% seller fee for every seller, VIP or not, because the contract fixes the fee when the offer is funded, before the seller is known.

Items bought with USDC can usually be used in gameplay once the payment is seen on Base; larger orders wait until the sale is final. Listing, selling and gifting them waits until the sale is final on Base.

If a paid USDC order or a funded offer does not complete, the contract lets the USDC go back to the buyer's wallet. That returns a payment for a sale that never happened; it is not a refund of a completed sale.

Wallets and blockchain #

Base is a public blockchain that we do not control. Transactions on it are public and cannot be reversed. Check the network, token, amount and address before you send anything. Send only USDC on Base; other coins or tokens, or USDC on another network, sent to a game address are lost.

You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Network fees, delays and failures on Base are outside our control.

Your responsibilities #

Follow the Rules. Use payment methods and wallets that are yours. Any taxes or reporting that apply to your purchases or sales are your responsibility.

Bumper Fighters is a game. Nothing in it is an investment, a job or a source of income, and we make no promise about the value of any item.

Restriction and account closure #

We may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Rules, and remove gems, items or rewards obtained that way. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account; see the Privacy policy.

Limits #

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, bugs, changes to the game, third-party services (Google, Woovi, Base, your wallet) or your own mistakes in a payment or transaction.

Changes and contact #

We may update these terms as the game changes. The current version is always on this page with its date. Questions: bumperfighters@gmail.com.
